Construction of a new 1.2 km collector road, plus connection to a Major Highway 101 with two roundabouts and four ramps and connection to a Rural Road with a third roundabout. Work involved excavation and off-site disposal of 700,000 m3 of surplus material, road gravel and paving. The project was successfully completed under a very tight schedule.
